Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
By using sacramentohvaccontractor.net or calling the number displayed on it, you agree to these terms.
Nature of the Service
Sacramento HVAC Contractor is a free referral and advertising service. We connect homeowners with independent, licensed local HVAC contractors. We do not perform heating, cooling, plumbing or any other contracting work, we do not employ the technicians, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with a contractor.
The Contractors
Work is performed by independently owned and operated contractors licensed by the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB). You are entitled to ask any contractor for their license number and to verify it at cslb.ca.gov before authorizing work. All quotes, workmanship, warranties, scheduling and billing are solely between you and the contractor.
Pricing Information
Price ranges shown on this website are typical local ranges provided for general guidance only. They are not quotes, offers, or guarantees. Your actual price is the written quote provided by the contractor before work begins.
Calls
Calls to the number on this site may be recorded for quality assurance and are routed to a participating service provider. See our Privacy Policy for details on how call data is handled.
No Warranty; Limitation of Liability
This website and referral service are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for the acts, omissions, workmanship, pricing or conduct of any independent contractor, or for any damages arising from services they perform. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under California consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
Emergencies
If you have a gas leak, smell gas, or a carbon monoxide alarm is sounding, leave the building and call 911 and your gas utility's emergency line first. This service is not a substitute for emergency services.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always at this URL. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
